Cell C opening ********** accounts

On the 5th July I resorted to Hello Peter as I had received no joy from Cell C regarding a ********** account opened by them on 4 May 2022, in my name. The case number is ***. I have submitted the same documents on numerous occasions, had the case escalated on numerous occasions but have still heard nothing back from the ***** dept to resolve this issue. The only dept. which seems to function is the collections dept who promptly contacted me re the 'outstanding amount' on this ********** account. This is now affecting my credit score. When I last resorted to Hello Peter, someone from Cell C responded saying my query would be dealt with. I'm still waiting, 4 months later.
