Cell c opened 16 defaulted accounts that are over 100k and I know nothing about. ***** *****
I have never opened an account with you but my credit report shows 16 defaulted accounts that amount to R122784. Please explain to me how is this possible. I am told different names and addresses fall under each account. I'm taking this further. Your employees are doing ***** with our ID numbers.

07 May 2026, 17:29I am extremely frustrated with Cell C regarding *****ulent accounts opened under my name. I have NEVER had a Cell C contract, yet there are multiple default accounts listed against my credit profile amounting to over R100 000, with addresses that are not mine.
I reported this identity ***** over 8 months ago. Cell C acknowledged the matter and promised that the *****ulent accounts and defaults would be removed from my credit profile, but until today nothing has been resolved.
Because of this negligence, my credit score and financial reputation have been severely damaged. As someone who was unemployed at the time, this situation has caused unnecessary emotional stress and financial hardship.
I am tired of empty promises and lack of accountability. If this matter is not urgently resolved and the *****ulent accounts removed immediately, I will continue posting reviews and sharing my experience across all public platforms until proper action is take and opening a ******** case. Please Remove all *****ulent accounts and defaults from my credit profile
