Cell C only cares when they benefit

Even today Cell C can not give me a paid up letter since they can’t clear my name them selfs. Do we buy this paid up latter, or do we bribe? Cell C customer care says I should ask to speak to their legal department, Cell C customer care says there’s no way I can speak to their legal team. Cell C says my account is closed, Cell C says my account is in arrears and I am handed over to VVM.
