Cell C only cares about their image and not clients

Hi, i have had a case with Cell C since April and they don't seem to care. They only rep**** to me when I posted on Hello Peter. I was told that they will call back but they only call when I post on hello Peter but besides that they don't care and they don't keep proper notes of the case, I need to re explain things to everyone that calls about the case.
