Cell C online the worst....

I purchased a mobile handset on Cell C online store I purchased I phone xs 64 gb running special. I paid for it on 18 December and my account was debited for an R12 000. Transaction went through and an order number was created. Since then it's been back and forth with lies and their online consultants are apparently uncontactable you only send emails but those emails are not responded to. I've spoken to countless customer agents on their customer line they can't even escalate to higher managers. I'm not even interested in the handset anymore as I want nothing absolutely nothing to do with Cell C. I've sent proof of payment and all they requested to date have not received nothing. All I want now is my money refunded. They are truly the worst service provider by far.... I just don't know who to speak to now so as to get my money refunded.
