Cell C Online shopping for devices

Hi i have received the worse service ever. I purchase a Samsung tablet device on www.cellc.co.za on the 4th April. i have a order number and payment has come off my credit card but i have not received my device nor have a received any feedback. when i call cell c they keep pushing me on to a different department and not 1 department has managed to help me. This is absolutely ridiculous. Can someone pls put me in contact with the right department for online orders of devices only NOT CONTRACTS. Thanks
