Cell C - Online Month to Month is a ****!

I love Cell C as their deals on Simple Packages like Pinnacle 1Gb or 2Gb are cheap and have lots of value! The only problem with them is their Website & App. - If you purchase a month to month package - the pro-rata amount is deducted from your bank account, and they say an agent will be in contact. No sim is ever delivered and when an agent does phone they want to sell you something else, not what you ordered online or through the app. I have ordered twice, money deducted from my account but nothing forthcoming. If you go back into order history, - nothing there!!! If you phone 135 or 145, they all say sorry cannot sell you a month to month contract - only 2 years - Both pro-rata amounts were small, R46 & R23 for which I have SMS confirmations. It's not the money that bugs me, its the fact that after hours on the phone being transferred from one person to another - nothing ever gets resolved.
