CELL C online deals...
On the 14th of may, I bought the online 10g premium upfront contract. I paid thru Payfast a pro rata amount of R347.81. Since then, I have received no sim card. No communication from cell c. I have sent numerous emails to ********** I only get "we will get back to you". I have called, I have gone to the cell c stores, they are not able/willing to help due to it being an online deal. Yesterday, another amount of R347.81 have been deducted from my credit card. After I have requested a refund and canceling the deal.
