Cell C online and customer care POOR service!

I am greatly disappointed at Cell C - I app**** for a contract with them in the beginning of August 2018 and i have had to follow up on the progress of the delivery of the product and i keep hitting a brick wall. I was dealing with their online Sales Fulfillment Agent who has not been help at all. Cell C your customer care people do not communicate and they deliver poor services.
