Cell C – Ongoing Network Failure and Final Request for Contract Cancellation

Following my previous complaint, I did receive assistance from Cell C, and for a short period the network appeared to be working. Unfortunately, the same network issue has now reoccurred, leaving me once again without a reliable service.

At this point, I am exhausted and frustrated. I am paying for a service that Cell C is consistently unable to provide. While Cell C is extremely efficient at debiting my account every month, it has proven very difficult for them to provide the basic service that I am paying for.

I no longer have confidence that this issue can be permanently resolved. The repeated failures have disrupted my work and caused ongoing inconvenience.

I am therefore making it clear that I no longer want troubleshooting or temporary fixes. I am requesting immediate cancellation of my contract without penalty, as Cell C has failed to deliver a stable and reliable network service as required under the Consumer Protection Act.

I expect this matter to be resolved urgently so that I can port my number and move forward.
