Cell C once again sets new standards for poor service.

I was at the Cell C Blue Route Mall branch and the service was dissmal as there were 5 people in the branch. Two consultants are busy with customers a lady at the door and backoffice and a young man walking around. We were two customers waiting in-store and there were 5/6 people outside the store. For the service that gets paid for, why does Cell Cs' staff have the attitude that they are doing me a favour. I want Cell C to know that its Blue Route Mall branch is pathetic.
