CELL C ONCE AGAIN GRABS ALL THEY CAN GET AND YOU KEEP PAYING COS YOU LOYAL

VERY ANGRY!!So once again i get debited MORE than i should have been .called the customer care and spoke to a Nadeen, who was very rude on the line. Then i was told all my minutes,data,sms etc THAT I PAY FOR AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER every month FALLS away EVERY MONTH???WHY was this not told to me and WHY MUST this fall away when i PAY for what i get every month????? I am tired of Cell C always grabbing things. last month Mpho contacted me and was so helpful and actually listened to what i had to say. My Data,minutes etc normally does accumulate so why will this not happen now? why did the consultant not explaine? when i called last month i asked if my account this month would be debited like it should of (R279)-as last month i had "money grabbing" situation with cell c too. So i am debited R409 today. I dont feel this is right as i pay and it gets taken away this is indirect theft.
