CELL C on-Line Contracts Avoid this like the Plague
A Salesperson (Ashina) phoned me from Cell C on-line (15 Feb 2021) One upgrade R229, One New contract - R229 and once sim data contract (R80). I contacted Waspa. I went personally to Galleria Cell C. No Joy. This is the 4th Ref *** 12/03/2021 I was offered another package on a new contract additional cost, R249 I agreed, Brilliant consultant (Cell) confirmed this will be sorted, 15/03/2021. To date no manager or Team Leader Hlengiwe. Consultants Irene, Lucia, Veronique, Laura, Gordon, Maseko, KIomotoso, Lerato, Phumelo, Justin, Mpho and Simphiwe only transferring me from Department to Department.

16 Mar 2021, 13:05Guaranteed this will not be resolved by end this week. again *** package is R249, 2GB data, 180 minutes airtime, 500 sms because since 15 Feb 2021, route cause was cell C and to date no corrective action. JR
