Cell C offered contract and then declined it

Cell C contacted me on 16/11/2018 regarding a contract that was approved. The agent confirmed that the contract was approved and she just needed to confirm which deal I want. She confirmed multiple times that the contract was approved and the credit checks was done. She also confirmed that the phone will be delivered in 3-5days. After not receiving any delivery I contacted Cell C to follow up on this matter. It then came under my attention that this lady never finalised the application AFTER she CONFIRMED a few times that it was finalised. Today I received a sms from Cell C that my contract was declined. This is unacceptable as Cell C contacted me in the first place and they offered me the contract and now they go back and decline it. They therefore cannot keep to their own arrangements and agreements and just go back on their word. This means that this lady did not furnish me with true information and that Cell C therefore went back on their own word.
