CELL C OF NO HELP

Hi, i am experiencing a problem with cellc , my dual sim phone was ****** on the 7th of march 2018. it had both a contract and my prepaid cards in it... i am trying to do a sim swap on my prepaid card, but cellc call centre tells me it is registered to someone born in 1951, however i am born in 1983.. i have been using this prepaid number for the last 15+ years and its highly impossible that it belonged to anyone else but me in the last 15+ years, this same number used to be on contract with cellc also, until i put it on prepaid after the contract expiration date was up... The number is also registered with my bank and i used to recharge my account from there. its impossible to remember the last dialled numbers from that sim cause i used to make calls from my contract card instead, the prepaid card was more for receiving bank messages and calls , cause everyone that knows me has that number.. So i would like some help from cellc in order to have my number back.. i visited the stores, contacted call centres... to no avail..
