Cell C Number disconnected

I need Cell C to please recall my account from the collecting agents

I will continue to repay the amount due with either the collecting agents or Cell C itself, I have already made a payment of half my fees due and I can send through all my payslips, contract and banking details to prove that I am fit to pay off the debt and even extend the previous agreement I had with Cell C.

I have been disconnected now for over a year and also have lost all the data, minutes and calls which Cell C owes me back. The process was unjust and I still feel the process was handled hastily and escalated without following through with adequate communication.

PLEASE GIVE ME BACK MY NUMBER AND ALL SERVICES THAT CELL C STILL OWES ME.
