Cell C number deactivated for no reason!

Good day,

Cell C is really frustrating me, I am not getting any assistance from them. On Saturday morning my phone showed "no service". When people tried to call me, they get a voice automated response stating that my number is not in service.

My account is in order and they even deducted for this month. When I called them yesterday, each and every person I spoke to kept telling me that they have no idea what caused this. Even the so called supervisors have no clue what happened and how to sort out this thing. I was taken from pillar to post, some of these people saying they will log a case for me. I called again this morning, I got the same thing. I can deal with losing data or airtime, but deactivating my number for no absolute reason is beyond me.

I am so angry because I am expecting important calls.

I am expecting more than just a response, can this please be sorted out as soon as possible. I am unable to even open a gate at my complex when the school transport is dropping my child back from kindergarten. Please call my on my work number, ********** 530.
