Cell c & Nudebt debacle 2

After posting on hello peter about my experience..i recieved a call from cell c last saturday. The agent assured me that my payment is reflecting and i should get my paid up letter by monday. Today i called cell c legal & they are referring me back to Nudebt. In fact ..they are saying my payment is yet to be allocated. I dont know who and what to believe anymore. I need my paid up letter...it's been 10 days since i made a payment.
