Cell c-nsurance

<p>I am really fed up with this bull****.In february i went to cell c Rosebank to claim for my ****** phone.The consultant there said i have to claim after 4months,how pathetic is that.I want my claim to be approved now.You cannot tell me that i have to claim 4months.What is the use of paying for insurance they will only repudiate my claim.You people are ******.I will never take this to the ombud if you dont take me serious . When i asked the consultant at Rosebank she told me that i can claim at anytime and did not disclose any information regarding waiting period because she just wanted to make a sale,so you better start giving me answers now!! I dont want any promises I WANT ACTION</p>
