Cell c - nothing good about them

I had a contract with cell c and had some difficulty paying it thereafter due to unemployment. I contacted cell c customer care and made sufficient payment arrangements as it was the honourable thing to do. The consultant assured me everything was in order. Cell c thereafter debits my account for the full amount outstanding even after making affordable arrangements and ignored the arrangements i made for payment. They then handed me over after numerous calls made to their call centre who have *********** people employed there. I will never take anything with cell c again.
