Cell C - nothing can be worse.DONT SWITCH !!

I would advise all customers to think twice before moving to Cell C on any contract buyout option. They are the worst of the providers. I moved to Cell C, 2 years ago and I have still not received any statements despite several reminders. They don't respond to anything. In fact, the email address [Email Removed] is outdated but they still advertise to on their websites. you walk into a branch and their systems are mostly offline and their agents promise to phone you back and don't. THINK TWICE - THIS IS AN ORGANISATION WHO SEEMS TO BE MAKING BIG PROMISES BUT DON'T HAVE THE SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES IN PLACE TO DELIVER. THEIR NETWORK IS ALSO VERY POOR. DON'T SWITCH !!!!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT. I AM LOOKING TO MOVE BACK TO EITHER VODACOM TO MTN.
