Cell C ...not your helping hand

I recently app**** for vehicle finance and was told my credit is good but i did not have enough accounts for a reference on my ability to pay regularly. I drew my itc and clear score reports, and discovered that my 18 months of paying Cell C, like clockwork, over R1000pm, and never late, has never been recorded on my profile!!! I was obviously angry and have been trying to get the Legal Dept at Cell C to resolve this issue for over a week now. Today, i was put through 6 times...only to hear laughter and chatter, and was then transferred to the "rate your consultant" section, and then cut off!!! This is just not good enough...Cell C, if I was the one playing with your credit rating....you would be up in arms and threatening legal action...but because the problem is not yours, you treat my case with absolutely no haste or apology. This is what i get for years of loyalty. Disgusting.
