Cell C not worth any positive review

A contract was approved to me on the 30/05 . Until today 11/06 I was indicated to me that the couriers will deliver to Cell C Kolonnade Centre where I will collect the package deal . Further than that there are no communication . This is now 2 weeks later and still nothing in my hand . Then Cell C expects to be paid for the full month's premium ? I called 084 145 this morning at 09h00 , I was put on hold until 09h19 without ANY feedback AND/OR response ? How can this be of any service ?
