Cell c not updating the Credit bureaus
What an terrible place to deal with . call centre is shocking, transferred from one person to another. THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT .....DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE ..... EVER !!
after several calls , eventually i spoke to someone ( after being on hold for 20mins) the agent would not let me speak to the surpervisor, nor would she give me an email address. But when i did get an email address Both do not exist......

MY QUERY: Why is my credit record not updated regularly , even if im handed over- i am still paying - Cell c needs to report the payments to the credit bureaus.
