CELL C NOT UPDATING PEOPLES ACCOUNT

Good day,

I have recently been receiving emails from individuals I do not recognize, demanding payment for a cell outstanding balance. However, I would like to clarify that I have already settled my account, as evidenced I did send proof of payment to Cell C customer service in 2023.

I kindly request that you remove my name from any further correspondence with these individuals. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
