Cell C not the cheapest!!
My account on average with Cell C is between R450-R550 a month, for the past two years with my current contract. Since their charges increased in Feb my bill has been R1000 consistently every month since then. My last \normal billing"month was Jan 2015 at R470 for 1606MB data usage. In Feb I was charged R886 for 1753MB"
