Cell C not taking my calls

I am quite unhappy with Cell C. I called them in the 14th of August and was assisted by a consultant named, Kebalepie Matlhaku after failing to qualify for a bond because I have an account in arrears with Cell C. This consultant told me that he cannot find my account in the system but can refer me to their admin department so that I can send an email. I sent them an email the same day and haven't gotten any reply since August.

I am frustrated because I want to pay whatever the amount but no one is helping me with atleast banking details, or a reference and the customer service line is just a dead end for non cell c number.
