Cell C not sticking to their advertising

I received a 40 gig wifi router whereby they advertise for R299. I also have another contract for my cell phone which is R199 my debit order are suppose to be about R500. On Friday thei debitted over R1000 which i have no clue is about. I phoned them Friday and gave me a terrible excuse. This is really poor service and would like my money back which they took off my account.

I have received a call from Cell C and i was told it was my fault that i didnt know it was an open line. I ordered the deal online so how was i supposed to know it was an open line. I wasn my money back that was debitted off. The agreement was R299 a month for 40 gig. I will take this as far as possible if i have to.
