Cell C not responding to technical complaint
I have logged my query via social media and the website, and somehow I am generating no response.<br> <br> I receive text messages. They can be from anybody, stating anything, such as \thank you Rudi". I then receive the same message anywhere between 3 and 20 times. NOW"
