CELL C not responding to my Refund Queries.

I finally received feedback regarding the high outstanding fees on my account after having to send a message to Hello Peter. The Cell C consultants told me that they will give me a refund for the Get More services which they never canceled after I canceled the service in December 2019. However the GetMore team has not yet contacted me with regards to the refund. The debit order penalties which were incurred during this time were also not reversed. I would like to dispute the debit order services of Cell C as Cell C was aware that there would be no funds in my account. It was the consultants duty to inform me that the debit order service should me canceled as I informed the consultant that my father would make manual payments. I would like for Cell C to assist me by reviewing my account having those situations in consideration before they resend me an updated statement with the correct outstanding fees as it is really hard trying to plan for an account where the statement balances don't even make sense. The reference number given to me for the Get More is ***xx. My account with Cell C is for Cellphone number ***.

Please get back to me so that we may proceed with settling the issues regarding the statement.

I have made a payment of R300 on 27/10/2020. I do not expect there to be another uncertain amount being debited via a debit order this month as this is very unsettling to see money being withdrawn from your account without an arrangement with the creditor.

Thanks Hello Peter for this platform. I don't know how i would survive with Cell C without you. It's hard getting feedback without having to contact Hello Peter with Cell C.
