Cell C not responding to give a paid up letter
I had a Fiber Line with Cell C were they had the wrong account details that I never heard off before. After several times talking to them over the phone regarding the account and they saying that they will investigate the matter, Cell C then Shelved my account . I then tried to speak to them to pay off the outstanding amount monthly on my account and Cell C said that they will come back to me. Then in May 2019 I received a call from Reblake informing me that Cell C handed over my account without any notice from Cell C to myself. Reblake then said I need to pay them an amount to settle the Cell C account. I then paid Reblake the full settlement amount on the 29th of May 2019 and they said that I will recieve the paid up letter withing 7-14 working days. AFter the 14 working days I called Reblake several times, and they keep telling me that they send the request to Cell C for a paid up letter, and that they are waiting for Cell C to respond. every time I spoke to reblake I contacted Cell C, and they just keep telling me that they I am still in arrears with the account, and does not matter how many times I explain to them that I settled the account with reblake they do not listen, They then Try to transfer me to the legal department that just keeps ringing every time with no answer. I am now tired of this. Up to date I am still waiting for the paid up letter, and not reblake or Cell C can give me any answers. Cell C is quick to phone when you own them money, but when it comes helping customers with paid up accounts they do not care. I am now gathering information to take things further as I am not getting any response from Cell C

I would not recommend anyone to use Cell-C as they will in time have major issues with them.
