cell c not responding/ pd up letter

cell c is giving me headaches im struggling since spt to get pd up letter for an account that was pd to the attorneys , i pd ssda and pd up in spt , now the same acc been handed over to nimble , Nimble is awaitin paid up lettter, when i call cell c no one can help me im fed up and will be going to ombudsman if no one calls me back.

i spoke to them already and they told me its been paid up they requested paid up letters from cell c
