Cell C not responding #02

We now 4 months in on my origanal complaint. I have stopped my debt order in June 2020 sent all documents requested. Credit for 3 months dent order on 2 contracts have yet to ne done. I have been waiting for a supervisor to contact me or a credit sms for more than a week. This is not good business after 12 years of loyalty.
