Cell C not removing my id number from the credit bureau

In 2018 someone *****ulently opened a cellphone contact under my name, It was activated at Edge Connect Midlands Mall by Nduduzo Ngabane.Number in question: ***. This matter was finalised shortly after that. However, my name was listed in the credit bureau, where I was informed that they cannot remove as Cell C are the ones who can remove it. I have gone many Cell C stores and I was told that they cannot find it on the system.

I have been trying to sort this out for more 4 years
