Cell C not reliablee

I have ordered a new upgrade phone with Cell C. the deal had a promotion of free headphones that comes with Huawei 11i. I received the device without headset and Cell C couldn't help with my query, i then wrote in this platform and Cell C responded. the guy who handled my query called me back last week Wednesday 17/5/2023 and gave feedback that they looked at the matter and yes i am supposed to receive the free headphones. he advised that the warehouse will contact me for delivery , i then asked him that should it happen that the warehouse don't contact me what should i do, he confirmed that i will receive that call. i am writing this today because i haven't received any call from the warehouse. i ma not sure if they just forgot about me or what could be the delay, i sent an email to the guy who was assisting me at Cell C and i haven't received any feedback from him also. I am not sure if i will ever receive those headphones from Cell C.
