Cell C not refunding money
Cell C deducted R1037.01 from my account 11/2020. I have raised this with them and still to date have not received a refund or explanation for the amount to be deducted.
My statement with Account Number: *** for 01/12/2020 reflected a credit due to me of R96. Thus I need to be refunded R1133.01 ASAP

Your contract with Cell C was cancelled on 21/11/2020. Kindly note that you are liable for the November invoice as we bill in arrears and not in advance. There is no refund of R1133.01 due to you.
