Cell C not keeping to there words

I got a sms on the 26 Sep 2019 to say the following: Dear Valued Customer, we are simplifying our product offerings and removing some old pans. Your current plan Pinnacle 600 will change to Pinnacle3GB by the 31 October for a decreased subscription.... BUT it is now 06 Jan 2020 and yet to receive the changes and when calling them the one call center person says I am supposed to get another sms when the changes is done but clearly the only sms I received states that it will be done by the 31 October.....
