Cell C not keeping to their promise!!!

On the18/05/2015, I received an sms stating that my contract was due for an upgrade next month and that I should visit Cell C's website to view their deals. I did so and came across a package that I was interested in. I app**** for 2 of those packages (for me and my wife). I was later told that it was an error, but they would give 1 of them to me at that price. The agent went through the whole process and then indicated that my contract was not up for an upgrade till next month. I told her that I had app**** for 2 new contracts at that price and not an upgrade and that they should honour it as she had promised.<br> <br> She told me that the retentions department could not do this and that she would get Bruno to call me wrt. ref no.: ***. I am still waiting for Bruno to call, but I am almost certain that they are going to pass the buck once again. If my issue is not resolve, I am going to be 1 unhappy customer and my unhappiness will spill over to family and friends who are with Cell C currently.<br> <br> I even logged a query via twitter- the issue is that I was promised the package at the price advertised and in principal I would to see Cell C honour their promise!!!
