Cell C not keeping to original contract. Stay away!!!
I have had my contract with Cell C for all most 10 years. Now all of a sudden I can not phone 087 or 086 numbers. According to Cell C I now have to buy a air time bundle to phone those numbers even if I have ample air time left on my contract. As far as I am concerned this is breaking contract on their side. I am now finished with Cell C and are switching to another supplier.

The kind of calls you're referring to a Premium Rated Calls, which don't make use of Free minutes, Bundled Minutes or Inclusive contract minutes. You would have to recharge your account in order to call such numbers, as it would be billed out off bundle.
