Cell C not issuing Paid up letter
I requested a paid up letter from Cell C, they escalated my case on the 28th April 2023 and I was informed that the turnaround time is 48 hours... 48 hours passed days ago and I still haven't received the paid up letter...and I have been calling their 084 135 number and I am not getting any assistance...What an inconvenience!!!
