Cell C not interested in helping its own clients

Ive been trying to get my paid up contract cancelled but the Cell C employees have no interest in doing their job and sorting this out! I was promised a call back by team leader Dineo Selebi since last week. The customer service is pathetic. Ive called customer care over six times and the agents continue to end the call. To name a few of these agents who dropped my call-Lebo, Portia, Phumzile I would not recommend Cell C to anyone! not even the managers call customers back!
