Cell C not interested

Refer previous complaine logged 09/10/2015. I have not received feedback from Cel C to date. No response from the so called \Cel C Hello Peter Department""; no feedback. No feedback received from Nompumelelo;a so called team leader at the call centre whom I spoke to on 09/10/2015. No feedback received from Cell C customer service of which I logged a complaint on their website on 14/10/2015. This is ridiculous. Next step CEO and Ombudsman."""
