Cell C not honouring undertaking

I have had an ongoing nightmare with cell c and they just dont keep their word. I received a letter from Patrick Mphuti who appears to be a trade partner help desk consultant at cell c in which he stipulated that my debit order at end of april would be R153.99. Needless to say cell c debited R189.76. I was assured that the debit amount would be correct. This amounts to ***** in my opoinion and its absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM CELL C. I have instructed my bank to return the debit order which has been done. I told Mr Mphuti the correct debit of R153.99 can be debited. I have had such SHOCKING service from cell c and i DONT recommend them to any consumers. I have had umpteen phone calls with them but NO satisfaction. I have now reached the point that i will consult my attorneys as i have tried everything possible to get my problems sorted out. I will NEVER renew with cell c again. I have been a good customer for many years but now ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.
