Cell C not honouring advertised price

I saw a Samsung S6 edge advertised on the cell C website on Monday the 18th May 2015 for R150 on the epic top up 150 and called in today on the 26th May 2015. I spoke to Heather Ntutu who told me that it had been put on the website in error and that the deal was not valid. I have taken a screen shot of the deal and told her that even though it was put up in error, it is an error on cell C. She was adamant that the deal is not valid and wants to sign me up on another deal that is way more expensive.<br> <br> I am highly disappointed as the service that I have received from cell C as I've been a client for well over 6 years with various contracts. I feel that they should honour the deal advertised. Based on the CPA law, they are obliged to honour the advertised price but they merely shan't you around and tell you 'Its not valid'.<br> <br> I would not recommend Cell C to anyone if this is the service one is to expect.<br> <br> Bjorn Maclear
