CELL C NOT HELPFUL

Had a Cell C contract which we settled in Aug 2021. .. Have proof of Payment proving settlement. Been stuggling for 3 years - have been given over to nunerous attorneys for this account. How can I get thus solved and clear ITC ? CELL C IS NOT HELPFUL IN HELPING WITH THIS.
