Cell c not helpful

I am very disappointed with cell c, I've been a victim of identity theft in November someone used my personal details to open a new contract, I called cell c in December when I realized this and they told me that I should send affidavits which I did, I called in January I was told everything has been sorted out, to my surprise I still get emails for this account stating that am owing, and now they telling me to go to the store where the phone was delivered how do I know this store if I didn't open this contract???? Please this needs to be fixed cause it's raining my credit profile, and it means no credit checks and verification of information was done
