Cell C not giving service

This is the 3rd time i am sharing the same problem on hellopeter. I made a payment to Cell C on the 7th of September 2021. From there up to today the payment is not allocated. I sent them the proof of payment many times and they even email me and say they allocated it, but it is not true. My service if off again today, this is the 10th time. Stay away from Cell C...
