Cell C not giving my money back and keep taking!!!

Good day<br> <br> I am now one very unhappy and angry person. In December I wrote the complaint on here about Cell c where they told me to pay in my monthly account and then still put the debit order through. Then because money was taken double I had R480 in bank charged.<br> <br> After complaining on here, in December a gentleman with the name of Moses contacted me and told me they will pay me back the bank charges and keep the double payments for end of December's bill. <br> <br> I received nothing from them it is now 1 January 2016. I keep sending Moses emails and get NO response. Also the debit order has gone of for December and they still sitting with an extra R600 odd of me.<br> <br> I am a single mom. The money is for my petrol and my daughters school books etc. I want someone to sort this out. Cell C is just taking but they don't want to give my money back!!!!!
