Cell C - Not given me any service !

I am very very upset with Cellc - I have settle my account Jan 2023 , but STILL shows on my name !!!! I have asked (phoned/emailed) many times because it affect my name but since then till now it shows on my name ! I have paid up letter but no joy from their side !
