Cell C not getting back to me.

Cell C. Once again I have to contact you via Hello Peter to get any reaction from you. You have cancelled my data contract (thank you) for reason that you could not provide the data - apparently Cell C had a problem with that data package. You have promised me last year that your billing department would be in contact regarding refunding my fees for the service not rendered. I have since requested several times that you contact me to resolve this, but alas, you have not. Please contact me so we can lay this to bed.
